SHORT PRESENTATION
Centro Studi e Formazione Villa Montesca is a non-profit organisation
which develops innovative educational initiatives and offers a broad
spectrum of multi-disciplinary research expertises and training
activities.
We are located in Città di Castello (Perugia), in the central
Italy.
SPECIFIC TASKS IN "INSULA EUROPAE" PROJECT
- Coordinating and monitoring the results of the project
- Drafting the operative shared record of work among the partners
- Implementation of the database of the Italian school institutes
that could benefit from the results of the project and to whom
to send the newsletter
- Participating in the Dissemination Team and identifying national
networks for the diffusion and testing of the results
- Analysis of national teaching systems in collaboration with
SEU and SSIS Veneto
- Consultations with school or institutional authorities to receive
advice
- Collaborating with partners to define curricula (European literature
and culture and the history of European integration)
- Head compiler of the www.insulaeuropae.info website
- Collaborating with partners to develop the online didactic material
- Collaborating to elaborate the "modulo exempla" for
students studying the areas subject to the project
- Coordinating the national trial of the "modulo Exempla"
with institutes participating in the project not benefiting from
the Socrates grant (see appendix 2)
- Coordinating a teacher training plan with specific reference
to e-learning
- Organising "e-learning classrooms" in Italy in collaboration
with SEU and SSIS
- Responsible for the direction of videoconference work
- Coordinating the performance of didactic work
- Monitoring the results of the teaching in collaboration with
the other partners
- Defining a programme to diffuse the syllabuses at a national
and European level
- Realising the final synthesis report of the results of the project
- Collaborating in the drafting of the online newsletters
- Host partner of the first workshop in Italy (16 and 17 March
2005)
- Coordinating organisation also to follow administrative and
secretarial aspects of the project and is responsible for the
accounting of the work
Each partner is also responsible for the translation of documents
produced into English, the official language of the project
